The MX is a heavy duty, multipurpose tractor manufactured by Multihog. It comes in 2 sizes – the MX and the MXC. The MXC is a compact model, perfect for snow clearing, weed control and pressure washing on sidewalks and bike paths. The MX is a wider version of the MXC model, for those who are not operating in such tight areas.
It is fitted with a 120 hp Deutz engine, which meets Stage IIB (Tier 4i) emissions standards. The diesel-powered engine has no DEF or DPF, which is a huge benefit from a maintenance perspective. It also boasts 480 Nm (354 ft-lb) of torque. The tractor is articulated, and is fully hydrostatically driven, with permanent 4 wheel drive.
The MX is 1530 mm (60 inches) wide when fitted with narrow tyres, and can be as wide as 1650 mm (65 inches) depending on the tyre selected.
The MXC version can be as compact as 1280 mm (50 inches) wide when fitted with narrow tyres.
One of the best features of the MX series is its carrying capacity. Its GVW is 7000 kg (15432 lbs) and it has the highest carrying capacity in its class.
