The PSV ULTRA LIFTER automates pallet changing, ensuring a fast and safe process. With this equipment, the new pallet is pushed under the loaded load and the old pallet is pushed to the rear storage area where it is automatically and neatly stacked. The system can handle a wide range of pallet types such as wooden, plastic, metal or aluminium pallets. When the stacked pallets reach a set height, an audible and visual signal informs you that the stack is ready for dispatch. About the product
The PSV ULTRA LIFTER can change pallets weighing up to 1000 kg each simultaneously. The unit has a height of 2110 mm and an overall length of approximately 4220 mm, including ancillary equipment. The width with auxiliary equipment is 4000 mm. The system is suitable for different types of pallets including wooden, plastic, metal and aluminium. The stacked pallets are neatly stored in the storage area and the system sends an audible and visual signal when they reach the set height.
