Pallet changer

Changing pallets is carried out as usual by placing the source pallet with its load in the device and then immediately sliding the target pallet under the load with a forklift. Changing narrower pallets is carried out the same way, however the source and target pallets are placed exactly in the middle of the pallet changer. Since there is no lateral guidance due to the narrower pallet, the re-palletizing requires a stable, compact packing structure or film-wrapped goods.

The roller-bearing slider (sliding element) of the pallet changer compensates for height differences between the source and target pallets and enables the change from wooden to plastic or aluminum pallets just as smoothly as switching between wooden pallets of various types and qualities. 

Similar to the PSV ULTRA, the pallet changer PSV ULTRA CARGO is designed for two- and four-way pallets 1200 mm wide and up to 1200 mm long. Important for best results: the deckboards of the source pallet must run parallel to the sliding direction. 

The pallet changer PSV MOBIL has all the advantages of the PSV ULTRA: The slider mounted on roller bearings operates quietly, compensates for height differences between source and target pallets and carries out changes from wooden to plastic (also H1 hygienic pallets with edges) or aluminum pallets. Wooden pallets of different construction type and quality can be repalletized just as smoothly in the pallet pusher.

The PSV-ULTRA MULTI pallet changer allows you to change up to three Euro, industrial or GMA pallets at the same time, ergonomically controlled by a single operator, without the need for additional energy. It is the most efficient solution for changing large quantities of pallets quickly and quietly.

The PSV ULTRA LIFTER automatically changes pallets, sliding the new pallet under the loaded load and stacking the old pallet neatly in the storage area. The system is suitable for a wide range of pallet types and ensures efficient and safe pallet management.
